Please join me in supporting the Alice Cooper Solid Rock Teen Centers! On October 19th, 2024 I will be joining 100+ other Phoenix area drummers who will join together and have a Desert Drum Rumble, or drum-a-thon raise money for Alice Cooper's Solid Rock Teen Centers. The goal is to raise as much money as possible for the foundation.
Who is the special drummer this year? Todd Sucherman who has been holding down the drum chair for the last 28 years with the band Styx. He has recorded and performed with artists such as Brian Wilson, Spinal Tap, Eric Marienthal, Antoine Fafard, and hundreds of other artists.
What are the The Rock Teen Centers? The centers provide after-school training in music, dance, art, and vocational programs for all teens 12-20, free of charge. The Teen Centers run completely on donations. This opportunity allows teens to engage with their peers and discover their talent in Phoenix, Mesa, and the new location in Goodyear (opening 2024) in Arizona.
